Terms and Conditions:

  1. All customers are advised to send in their products directly to our service centre at 20 Pandan Road S (609272). Temple Street retail outlet will no longer assist to receive or transfer products for repair to the service centre at corporate office with effect from 1st Jan 2018.
  2. A transportation charge of SGD$60.00 per two way trip is applicable for collection of products for repair, applicable for both warranty and non-warranty equipment.
  3. An inspection fee of SGD$30.00 will be levied for all equipment (not covered by warranty period). The fee applies even if the product is beyond economic repair or customer does not wish to proceed with the repair after inspection.
  4. An administrative charge of SGD$30.00 is applicable for equipment that requires further liaising with external service centres. (Brand includes: Braun, Bosch, Kenwood, Panasonic, Philips, Crown, KitchenAid, Mistral, Vitamix, Menumaster, etc.) Customers are advised to send their equipment to the respective service centres directly.
  5. All consumable parts (wear & tear) are chargeable for both warranty and non-warranty equipment.
  6. Additional airfreight costs required for urgent spare parts will be borne by the customer.
  7. Notification of collection of products will be sent via SMS, Email and/or Phone. In the event that we are unable to contact or obtain a response from the customer, SIA HUAT PTE LTD reserves the right to dispose the equipment/accessories without any further notice. No further appeal will be entertained.
  8. Storage fee of SGD$2.00/per day will be incurred for equipment not collected within 30 days from the advised date of collection unless further instruction has been provided beforehand.
  9. All repairs and parts replaced by SIA HUAT PTE LTD are covered with a warranty period of 90 days from the date of repair or replacement.
  10. We only accept Cash or Cheque payment.
